Valuing diversity is one of the four core values of Tower Hamlets Council. We are committed to promoting diversity and equality in everything we do, to improve the quality of life for everyone living, working and visiting the borough.

Staff networks
There are five networks which have been put in place for the benefit of all.
- Race Equality Network
- TOWER Pride
- N-Able (disabled employee network)
- Women's Network
- Young Employees' Network
Our networks are a place for staff to come together, share experiences, learning and development.
The networks help in shaping and delivering organisational goals. They improve employees experiences on specific issues relating to each network.
