Payroll Advisor

If you are passionate about all things payroll related and are committed to achieving positive outcomes for London Borough of Tower Hamlets staff and teachers, we would love to hear from you.  We are particularly looking for those who have a continuous improvement mindset.

In this role, you will be:

• primarily supporting end to end schools payroll service
• supporting the borough staff payroll team as required
• be directly in contact with staff and senior management on payroll queries. 

About You

 
We are looking for someone who:

• has experience of working in a busy payroll service of a large organisation (essential), sector is not a requisite

• is comfortable performing net pay calculations to demonstrate a basic understanding of additions and deductions, leave, maternity etc.. (essential)

• can work to set deadlines and can prioritise their work (essential)

• has strong communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse community (essential)

• has experience of working with Resource Link software (desirable).
