  • About The Role

  • We are recruiting for a Brokerage and Tracking Officer to join our team.

Careers Young Workpath provides Careers Information, Advice and Guidance, as well as Employability Support, to young people aged 13–19 (and up to 25 with an EHCP) in Tower Hamlets. We work in schools, colleges and community settings to help them progress into education, employment and training.

We are seeking a Brokerage and Tracking Officer to be based in our public office in Watney Market and other community locations. You will help them overcome barriers to learning, build confidence and reach their full potential so they can make effective transitions into adult life. You will also contribute to a range of statutory tracking activities.

We are looking for someone with:

    • Experience in an IAG or job‑placing environment.
    • Experience working with vulnerable young people who are NEET or at risk of becoming NEET.
    • Experience of partnership or multi‑agency working.
    • Experience working in a multicultural environment, with an understanding of the barriers young people face in accessing opportunities.
