  • About The Role

  • We are seeking a professional and highly organised Executive Support Officer to deliver responsive, high‑quality support to Divisional Directors. This role is central to ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the Executive Support Service, contributing to strong governance, excellent customer service, and reliable administrative processes.

    This position requires someone who can maintain high standards of accuracy, use initiative, and support continuous improvement across the service.

    In this role, you will:

    • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to Divisional Directors.
    • Offer cover for the Senior Executive Support Officer when required, ensuring consistent service delivery.

    • Use ICT systems confidently and support colleagues in developing their digital capability.

    • Maintain effective administrative processes and contribute to improvements in workflows and service delivery.

    • Assist in resolving queries and issues within your areas of responsibility, ensuring a high‑quality, customer‑focused approach.

    About You

    • Confidence managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

    • Clear and professional communication skills.

    • Proficiency in ICT systems and a willingness to support others.
