  • About The Role

  • We are recruiting for a Repairs Coordinator (12 months FTC) to join our Repairs Service in the Housing & Regeneration Directorate.

    In this role, you will be liaising with stakeholders from councillors to residents in order to assist members of the borough. This includes raising repair orders to managing complaint casework related to repairs. Customer excellence is pivotal to achieve the desired resolution. You will be coordinating with Maintenance Surveyors to bring repairs on track and liaising with multi-faceted contractors to successfully carry out your role. Teamwork is essential to ensure smooth running of the service.

    About You
    We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

    • Planning and organisation skills

    • Customer excellence

    • IT and letter writing skills

    • Experience (but no essential) with iCasework, NEC/Northgate, Agresso, etc.

    • Some knowledge of repairs or complaints background

    • Strong communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse community.
