We are recruiting for an Executive Support Officer (ESO) to join our Executive Support Team on a 6‑month fixed-term basis.

In this role, you will:
Provide high-level diary management, meeting coordination, and administrative support to senior leaders, ensuring priorities are effectively managed.
Lead on meeting preparation, including drafting agendas, collating papers, and producing accurate and timely minutes and action logs.
Support governance processes, including forward planning, tracking actions, and ensuring compliance with organisational and statutory requirements.
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activity across the service.
About You
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
Experience providing executive or senior-level administrative support within a complex organisation.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
A good understanding of governance processes, meeting management, and the importance of accuracy and confidentiality.
Strong communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse community.
